Ashok Malhotra and the team of consultants from FLAME TAO Knoware (www.totallyalignedorganization.com) have been working on the Existential Universe Mapper (EUM) for more than two decades. We have used the EUM very successfully for Leadership Coaching, Team Coaching as well as Transformational Coaching (www.eumlens.in). The philosophical underpinnings of the EUM are very compatible with the Chakra theory of Yoga, and we have worked out a “Pandava Profile” through the EUM. This will form the basis of the coaching we offer as part of the Arjuna’s Tool Kit.

We place the basic context of the coaching in the framework of the Mahabharata Heroes. We will be working with the coachee at the level of inner propensities and potentials. Through the coaching we endeavor to awaken the persons dream and enable them to work with it in a way that is mindful. In doing this, the coachee will be able discover and awaken their own inner wisdom, as well as become capable of becoming the “best that they can be”. 

​The areas of coaching can be broadly termed as Life coaching, Leadership coaching and Career coaching. The coach will facilitate the dialogue in a client centric manner. 

What is our approach to coaching?
  • Through understanding the broad contours of the 5 heroes we will enable the coachee to come to grips with their present state of being
  • That awakening the dreamer allows the coachee to become cognizant of their true potential
  • The internalizing of some of the capabilities of Arjuna, namely, an ability to listen to oneself the other, the ability to value questions, the ability to navigate dharma sankata and the willingness to undertake the journey of inner growth is the key enabler
  • This will empower the coachee to take responsibility for their own growth and equip them with the wherewithal to continue on the journey
  • In the caching process, we will rely on intuition and feel free to bring in our frameworks (or any other) as and when we see its relevance

What is the coaching process?
  • We will work out a graded process through which to enable the coachee to become self reliant in their own saadhana starting from a more "enabling solutions to be discovered" to the "transpersonal". The coachee can limit their engagement to any stage they wish to, or they can go through the whole offering.
  • The first stage will comprise of a discussion of the book “Leadership Dharma Arjuna the timeless metaphor”.
  • The second stage will be a deeper look at the subjective world of the coachee. The enquiry will focus on exploring ones Role and Identity processes and how they impact ones life choices and action orientations. At this stage, the coachee will be required to take the EUM questionnaire that will give a profile of the person based on the Paandava heroes. It will also provide reflections on various aspects like decision-making, managing change, systems interface, relationship management, conflict management, energizers and derailers.
  • The third stage will entail attending a laboratory learning session where as part of a group that is engaged with introspection and self discovery, the coachee will undergo an intensive process of healing and rejuvenation.
